According to police sources cited by ABC News, she was found in her New York City apartment located in the Columbus Circle area by her mother.
Reports indicate that she had “recently undergone a liver transplant and may have been facing complications.” It is believed that she passed away from “natural causes, with no indications of foul play.” An autopsy is scheduled to ascertain the cause of death beyond the classification of “natural causes.”
