It remains to be seen whether the couple is indeed on the verge of divorce after 37 years of marriage. Amidst this speculation, Govinda’s niece and actress Arti Singh has addressed the situation, labeling the reports as ‘untrue.’

Arti Singh’s Remarks

As the situation gained traction and was featured in multiple news segments, Arti Singh took the initiative to dispel the rumors.

In an interview with News18, she remarked, “I am currently not in Mumbai, so I haven’t been in contact with anyone. However, I want to clarify that this news is false. These are merely speculations, as their bond is incredibly strong. They have cultivated a loving relationship over the years, so the idea of divorce is unfounded. I am unsure of the origins of these rumors; they are entirely untrue.”

She further conveyed her disappointment regarding the circulation of such rumors and affirmed that nothing is amiss with the couple. She added, “People should avoid disseminating misinformation about their personal lives. In fact, I have also faced unfounded rumors about my own divorce. Such baseless gossip only leads to unnecessary stress.”
