BEL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have served as a Junior Commissioned Officer in the Army, Navy, or Air Force before applying.
  • A Diploma in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience is essential.

BEL Recruitment 2025 Salary & Benefits

The selected candidates will be placed in Grade E-1 with a pay scale of Rs. 30,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,20,000 plus other applicable allowances.

The recruitment process includes:

  1. Written Test
  2. Interview – Candidates shortlisted from the written test in a 1:5 ratio will be called for the interview.
