Who Is Lady Deadpool? Unveiling the Actress Amid Blake Lively and Taylor Swift Cameo Rumor

This cameo is just remarkable. The identity of Lady Deadpool is finally revealed in Deadpool & Wolverine, which stars Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds, in case you haven’t been paying attention. And what’s hidden beneath that mask? It’s none other than Blake Lively, of course.

Although it was widely known that there were rumours Taylor Swift would be the Deadpool version from an other universe, when she shared a photo from the set on July 22, her admirers quickly abandoned that hypothesis.

After all, the actress from It Ends with Us was seen kissing her husband of 11 years, who coincidentally was dressed as a character, in the Instagram photo while donning an eye-catching crimson ensemble.

One user commented on the photo, saying, “Now we know who lady deadpool is,” while another said, “It’s time! Lady Deadpool. Another replied, “with such an incredible soundtrack and references, of course our girl blake was involved.” And Blake, you know, adored being among the Marvel’s elite in Manhattan.

“My y2k girlies,” Blake captioned the teaser shot. “I should be competitive bc @itendswithusmovie is coming out in 3 weeks BUT when your middle school obsessions, your feelings post baby, or about Nice men who use feminism as a tool, your love of the Wizard of Oz, Succession, Sandy & Danny, driving with Avril blasting, the way the choreography of a certain boy*band song got me, of Baz Luhrmann fireworks to punctuate a moment, even down to the fact that our hair color is determined by seasons and the French method by which it’s painted are all so seen… MY WORD.”

“It’s hard not to encourage my ladies to spot all the ways we’ve influenced @deadpoolmovie I’ve never been more proud,” she continued. “And I’ve given birth 4 times.” The couple then revealed the name of their fourth child together, Olin, to cap off the festivities.

Ryan delivered a heartfelt shoutout to his daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, Betty, 4, and their newest addition, whom they welcomed last year, at the Deadpool & Wolverine world premiere in New York on July 22.

“I want to start by saying thank you to my wife Blake, who is here,” he said while on stage. “I want to thank my kids James, Inez, Betty, Olin, who are here: I hope that, if I’m lucky, this moment will be the most traumatic thing—that is, the contents of this movie—that happens in your wondrous life.”

As he concluded, “I love that my entire family is here.” And maybe a fifth baby Reynolds will be involved by the time the much-discussed Deadpool 4 opens in theatres.

Ryan once said, “The more the merrier,” alongside Hugh in an exclusive interview with E! News. “As many as is practical. Countless tiny heartbeats, simply frolicking around and destroying household items. I adore it. Let’s enjoy some more! After all, it’s more likely that just one of Ryan and Blake’s children will value his body of work the more children they have.

“They watched The Greatest Showman more than the editor for The Greatest Showman,” he admitted of Hugh’s hit musical. “And sometimes I come home, and this guy’s actually acting it out with them and that’s kind of amazing.” It appears that they are more inclined than Blake’s best friend Taylor to depend on the X-Men former as a babysitter.

Since, well, “that is the cost of it.” “I think the accountant said, ‘Cost-prohibitive,'” Ryan joked to E! What he really meant, though, was probably, “Cost-insane-what are you doing-I’m-no-longer-your-accountant.”
