The Bachelor’s Carolina Quixano isn’t staying silent after Dina Lupancu’s recent social media claims about her.
After Dina hinted that Carolina “played” her in the upcoming Bachelor episode airing Monday, February 24, Carolina clapped back on TikTok. She shared a playful video of herself dancing to Grant Ellis’ new single “Party Girl” on Wednesday, February 20, captioning it: “Imagine trying to start drama with me when this is the only activity I’m interested in participating in.”
But she didn’t stop there. In a follow-up post, Carolina suggested she had receipts to back up her side of the story. “Seeing someone use this sound as if I don’t have screenshots of our conversation as evidence,” she wrote, alongside a clip of herself lip-syncing to an ominous audio snippet that said, “Because you know in a moment, it could all ‘boom.’”
Dina, however, wasn’t impressed with Carolina’s response. In her own TikTok video that same day, she called out Carolina’s post, captioning it: “I tease next week’s preview and she responds with … a threat? Interesting tactic but on brand, I guess.” She doubled down with a Taylor Swift reference in the caption, quoting lyrics from Exile: “I think I’ve seen this film before.”
How Did the Feud Start?
The tension between Carolina and Dina has been brewing for a while. In a TikTok posted on Tuesday, February 18, Dina hinted at betrayal, writing: “When you defend the one person nobody else would … just to get played the next week.”
It’s a surprising turn of events, given that just last week, Dina was one of Carolina’s biggest supporters.
During the Monday, February 17 episode, Carolina found herself at the center of controversy when some contestants felt she wasn’t grateful enough for the one-on-one time she had with Grant. When Carolina ended up in tears, Dina was the first to publicly defend her.
“You know what, I feel for Carolina. I think she’s misunderstood in a lot of ways,” Dina shared in a confessional. “At the end of the day, I think she wants to see and does see a future with Grant.”
Carolina was deeply touched, grabbing Dina’s hand and saying, “I love you. And thank you for … I don’t think that a lot of people would … Oh, my God, I’m going to cry. I love you. … I really respect you and love you for that and thank you for seeing me.”
Dina, who also got emotional, replied: “I do see you. I see a lot of myself in you.”

What Went Wrong?
Despite their touching moment, their friendship seemed to fall apart just days later. In a teaser for the February 24 episode, Dina appeared frustrated with Carolina’s behavior.
“Carolina is giving damsel in distress energy,” Dina said in a confessional, as a clip showed Carolina sitting alone on a group date. “She takes him away, and they’re gone for the rest of the day.”
After the date, Dina confronted Carolina about monopolizing Grant’s time. “Today when you decided to monopolize Grant’s time—” Dina started, only for Carolina to interject, “I can’t account for the weather Gods.”
The tension escalated as the two went back and forth. “You’re like, ‘I’m taking Grant and I’m gone,’” Dina said, to which Carolina replied, “But I did not take him.”
Carolina eventually walked away from the conversation, prompting Dina to sarcastically remark, “Are you gonna go talk to Grant? Because that would be crazy.” Carolina, unfazed, held up her hands and quipped, “I guess I’m crazy and evil.”
Carolina Defends Herself
Ahead of the episode’s release, Carolina addressed the drama on her Instagram Story, defending her uncertainty about Grant. Reposting a video from the show where other contestants confronted her, she wrote: “God forbid you’re not sure about a man you’ve been on one date with.”
With the next Bachelor episode set to air soon, fans will have to wait and see how this rivalry plays out. Will Carolina and Dina mend their friendship, or is this just the beginning of an all-out war? Stay tuned.
