Stree 2 box office collection day 6: Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao Starrer Surpasses Brahmastra, Crosses Rs 350 Cr Worldwide

Stree 2 box office collection day 6: Stree 2 continues to dominate the box office, crossing the Rs 250 crore mark in just six days. The horror comedy, directed by Amar Kaushik, had a strong first working day on Tuesday after the long holiday weekend, with collections surpassing big hits like Drishyam 2 and Brahmastra.

The film netted an impressive Rs 25 crore on Tuesday, only a 35 percent drop from the previous day. Stree 2, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, now stands at Rs 254.55 crore domestically and has crossed Rs 350 crore globally.

Despite facing competition from other releases like Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa, Stree 2 emerged as the top choice for audiences.

With a clear run ahead and no major releases until October, the film is expected to surpass the Rs 400 crore mark in its second week and aims to enter the prestigious Rs 500 crore club.

The next major releases include Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency on September 6 and Kareena Kapoor’s The Buckingham Murders on September 13, followed by Alia Bhatt’s Jigraa on October 2.

Stree 2’s success solidifies its position among the highest-grossing films in Bollywood history, with a promising journey towards joining the elite Rs 500 crore club alongside iconic hits like Baahubali2 and Gadar2.
