Sonakshi Sinha is an Indian Bollywood actress, singer, and Dancer. After working as a costume designer in her early career, Sonakshi made her film debut in the action-drama film Dabangg, alongside Salman Khan.
For her awesome acting in film led her to win the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. Sonakshi has played the lead role’ in several action drama films, including Rowdy Rathore (2012), Son of Sardaar (2012), Dabangg 2 (2012), and Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty (2014).

Sonakshi Sinha Biography
Sonakshi Sinha was born on 2 June 1987 in Patna, Bihar, India Into the Bihari Kayastha family. She is the youngest daughter of film actors Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha. She has two twin older brothers, Luv and Kush Sinha.
Her father, Shatrughan Sinha is a Former Member of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha from Patna Sahib. While her mother, Poonam Sinha is an Indian actress and former politician.
Sonakshi completed her schooling at Arya Vidya Mandir in Mumbai and graduated in Fashion Designing from Shrimati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Sonakshi Sinha Career
She started her profession as a costume designer in 2005 by designing clothing for films like “Mera Dil Leke Dekho”. She was approached by Arbaaz Khan (brother of Salman Khan), who offered her the lead role as Rajjo in “Dabangg”.
Sonakshi Sinha made her acting debut with the action-drama film Dabangg, alongside superstar Salman Khan. The film emerged as an all-time blockbuster with the highest-grossing film of 2010.
In 2012, she acted in four films including Rowdy Rathore, which was directed by Prabhu Deva. Rowdy Rathore’s film grossed Rs 15 crore on the day of its release. Her second film, Joker, was also a commercial disaster at the box office, receiving mostly negative reviews.
His third film, Son of Sardaar alongside Ajay Devgn, received poor reviews from critics but was a good commercial success. Then she starred in Arbaaz Khan’s film Dabangg 2, which was a major financial success.
