Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces New Forced Labor and Sex Act Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new accusations of forced labor and sexual misconduct, according to a superseding indictment filed on March 6 in the Southern District of New York.

The indictment alleges that Combs and his associates controlled employees through “physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm” or threats of such.

One of the most serious claims states that Combs allegedly used this coercion to force an employee to engage in sex acts with him.

Diddy’s Legal Team Responds

Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has strongly denied the allegations, stating:

“He has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will.”

Agnifilo also claims that many former employees support Combs, praising his work ethic and leadership in building his businesses.

Legal Troubles Continue

Diddy, currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, is awaiting trial for sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. His arraignment on the new indictment is scheduled for March 14, with his trial set for May 5.

Beyond the criminal case, Combs also faces multiple lawsuits from individuals accusing him of exploitation, drug abuse, and physical violence—claims he has repeatedly denied.
