Ricki Lake is being honest about her health journey — and she’s looking and feeling amazing.
The former talk show host, 56, stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and shared that she recently had a lower face and neck lift after losing 40 pounds — and she’s super happy with the results.
“I think it’s the best face-lift I’ve ever seen,” Ricki said with a smile. She gave full credit to her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Allen Foulad, calling him a “genius” and “the best.” According to Ricki, she’s already recommended him to tons of people. “You can’t see nothing! It’s amazing,” she added.
Andy Cohen, 57, was seriously impressed too. “It looks so good!” he told her, even joking, “I’m heading to L.A. for this!”
Ricki explained that the surgery was something she wanted after losing a lot of weight and noticing some loose skin around her neck. “I’ve always been fully transparent,” she said. “This was just something that bothered me, so I got it fixed.”
Back in January, Ricki also opened up about how she lost the weight — and nope, she didn’t use Ozempic or any other weight-loss meds.
“I started on October 26, 2023,” she told Us Weekly. “I went on this journey and I’ve just been living my best life.”
So what did she do instead? Ricki followed a strict keto diet, did intermittent fasting, and went hiking every day — often with a weighted vest! She also added Pilates four times a week and wore a glucose monitor and an Oura Ring to track her health.
“I prioritized sleep, kept my stress low, and it worked,” she said. “It continues to work.”
She also shared that she goes to bed super early — usually by 8 p.m. — and wakes up before sunrise to get in her hike with her dog and her husband. “Even if it’s raining, I’m out there,” she said.
Ricki says the key to her success is keeping her health a top priority — and not letting late nights or social stuff throw her off track. “My DJ friends go out at midnight. I’m like, ‘Sorry, I’m already asleep.’”
At the end of the day, Ricki’s glow-up is all about feeling good, doing what works for her, and being honest about the process. And honestly? She looks happier and healthier than ever.
