Lily Phillips, a well-known OnlyFans creator, is expecting her first child!
“The secret is out💗💙,” the 23-year-old influencer shared on Instagram on Tuesday, February 18, alongside a sweet pregnancy announcement. She added, “Baby Phillips 2025.”
In the post, Phillips showcased her growing baby bump in a beige one-piece, lovingly cradling her belly. She also included a second image featuring a pair of positive pregnancy tests.
While she has yet to reveal details like her baby’s sex, due date, or the identity of the father, Phillips’ announcement has already sparked plenty of conversation online.

Lily Phillips’ Journey in the Public Eye
Phillips is widely known for her OnlyFans content, including her headline-making goal of sleeping with 1,000 men in a single day.
“I want to be the first person to be with 1,000 guys in one day,” she told The Daily Mail in December 2024, describing the experience as both “exciting” and logistically challenging.
She previously attempted a similar feat, sleeping with 100 men in a single day, which she later admitted was more difficult than she expected.
“It’s not for the weak,” Phillips shared in a 2024 YouTube documentary. “If I’m honest, it was hard. I don’t know if I’d recommend it … just one in and one out, it feels intense.”
Her Thoughts on Motherhood
Despite her unconventional career, Phillips has been open about her desire to become a parent one day.
“I would want children, but definitely later down the line,” she shared on The Shizzio Show podcast last month. She acknowledged that her career choices might bring backlash but stated she had always considered the long-term impact of her work.
“I knew if I started this, I wouldn’t be able to get a normal job and it would affect my family’s life and my kids’ life,” she admitted. “Over the past year or two, I’ve started to get a little bit more broody and want kids.”
As for concerns about how her future child might perceive her career, Phillips remains unfazed.
“You can’t live for a future that hasn’t even happened yet,” she said in January. “I’m not going to put my unborn child before my own needs … but I’d like to think I’d do as much to protect my kids as possible.”
With her pregnancy news now public, it’s clear that Phillips is embracing this next chapter in her life on her own terms.
