OnlyFans creator Annie Knight is speaking out after making headlines for her extreme adult content stunt — and ending up in the hospital because of it.
Annie, 28, recently revealed she had been hospitalized after taking on a wild challenge: sleeping with 583 men in a single day. Yep, you read that right. She broke her own previous record and admitted the aftermath wasn’t exactly smooth.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Annie explained that it wasn’t really the physical part of the event that got to her — it was the stress leading up to it. “It’s just sort of gotten to the point now where my body has gone, ‘Hey, high cortisol can’t function,’” she said, pointing out that stress and hormone changes made her endometriosis worse and caused her periods to get heavier and more irregular.
Annie had a lot going on — she bought her dream house and was trying to organize this massive event at the same time. She said she felt fine before, during, and right after the challenge, but her body basically crashed in the days following.

“My body has just hit a wall,” she said. “I’m exhausted, I’m burnt out.” Doctors ran blood tests, and while she’s in pain, Annie says the outlook is good — she just needs to rest for a bit. “I’ll be okay,” she said. “I’m not letting this slow me down.”
She first shared news of her hospital visit on Instagram, posting a photo in a hospital gown with the caption: “I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body.” Later, she admitted to Us Weekly
Despite the backlash online, Annie says she has no regrets. “Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot,” she admitted. “But honestly, I was shocked by how easy it was.”
According to Annie, over 2,000 guys signed up for the event, and she was blown away by their enthusiasm. Some even traveled long distances just to participate. “I had guys drive six hours to be there. I had guys fly in from other states,” she said. “And some of them even messaged me after to say thank you — like, ‘Hey, I was number 206!’ It was kind of sweet.”
Of course, not everyone was supportive. Annie, who recently got engaged to fiancé Henry Brayshaw, said she’s used to the hate. What bothers her more is when people come after the guys who participated. “People are so mean to them, and that really upsets me,” she said. “They were just having fun. It’s not hurting anyone.”
And as for the haters? Annie’s not bothered. “Honestly, the more people hate, the more views I get — and the more money I make,” she said. “So keep it coming.”
