Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari and TikTok personality Mark Estes have officially ended their relationship after dating for less than a year. News of their breakup has surfaced across multiple media outlets, with Kristin confirming the split during a live recording of the popular “Call Her Daddy” podcast in Austin, Texas.
Kristin and Mark first made their relationship public in February 2024. Kristin, who gained fame from the reality show The Hills, shared a selfie of the two on Instagram with the caption, “He makes me happy.” This marked the beginning of their relationship in the public eye. Just a month later, in March, Kristin shared more details about how they met on her own podcast.
She revealed that she first came across Mark on TikTok in September 2023. Mark, 24 years old, was part of a group called the “Montana Boys” on TikTok, which immediately caught Kristin’s attention. She described her initial reaction as being impressed by their looks, particularly Mark’s.
Kristin said she sent a video of Mark and his friends to one of her own friends, commenting on how attractive they were. She was especially drawn to Mark, who stood out from the rest of the group. However, when she met him in person, she was pleasantly surprised to find that he wasn’t just about looks—he was also kind and sweet.
She fondly recalled the first thing Mark said to her when they met: “You’re like really pretty.” Kristin found his words endearing and saw Mark as a genuine person. Despite the 13-year age difference between Kristin and Mark, they appeared to be unfazed by the public criticism they received about their relationship.
Throughout their time together, they were candid about their feelings for each other, including on a September 3rd episode of Kristin’s podcast. The couple discussed their romantic connection in a rather personal conversation, with Kristin describing Mark as the best sexual partner she had ever had.
Mark seemed equally smitten, expressing how happy he was with Kristin, noting that their mutual happiness was what truly mattered to him, regardless of outside opinions. Kristin, who is 37, shares three children—Camden, Jackson, and Saylor—with her ex-husband Jay Cutler.
She has been open about her co-parenting journey but also shared that she would be open to having more children in the future, even considering the possibility with Mark. However, it seems that things didn’t work out as they might have hoped. Mark, on his part, previously spoke to E! News about how happy he was with Kristin.
He had said that she made him happy, and he felt that they had a strong connection. But now, with their relationship officially over, both Kristin and Mark will be moving on separately. Though the relationship lasted less than a year, it certainly made waves in the public eye, with fans following their journey closely on social media and Kristin’s podcast.
As the pair part ways, their brief relationship will likely remain a point of interest for fans and media alike, especially given how openly they discussed their romance during its course.
