Halle Berry has cut off her connection to Ryan Murphy’s upcoming legal thriller All’s Fair on Hulu. According to Variety, the Oscar winner is no longer scheduled to feature in the film, where she was also supposed to serve as executive producer.
Berry’s departure occurs little more than a week after it was revealed that she will be starring in the series with Kim Kardashian and movie icon Glenn Close from American Horror Story: Delicate. The publication claims that a schedule difficulty is the reason behind Berry’s decision to withdraw from the new series, which is Murphy’s first under his Disney contract.

Some have called All’s Fair a seductive legal drama that centres on Kardashian as a leading divorce attorney in Los Angeles and an all-female legal firm. Berry’s job would have involved things that have not yet been made public.
Berry is now preparing for the release of two films this year: the suspenseful horror thriller Never Let Go, which opens in theatres on September 27, and the action comedy The Union, which stars Mark Wahlberg and debuts on Netflix on August 16.
