Graham Stephan was born on 21 April 1990, in Los Angeles, California, U.S. but raised in Santa Monica, California. He doesn’t come from any wealthy family or no one in his family was working in Real Estate. According to him, his both parents are living paycheck to paycheck.
He grew up in a very small studio apartment in Los Angeles, where he completed his basic educations. But he was not very good at studies, as a result, his grades started suffering. After ending school, he decided to join the band as a drummer, and at that point, he wanted to become a famous musician.
When he was 14 years old, he got a job at a marine aquarium wholesaler they would import and export exotic fish and coral his job was there to take pictures of the inventory and help them to put it on their website.
For this job, he got paid $1 for every picture he takes, that time he used to earn up to 20-30 dollars per hour. Later he also did a data entry job at an investment firm specializing in precious metals in Santa Monica.

Stephan gets his real estate license shortly after leaving high school, at the age of 18. At that time he really loved investing and making money. After getting into business sooner he found out this weird niche, he seeing a lot of agents didn’t care about lease listing.
But Graham Stephan cares about lease listing from the start, so he decided to go to the other agents in his office, for taking pictures of their listing and make those pictures look good for them because he was very good at photoshop.
He gives those pictures to them, in exchange for that all he asks that let him post their lease on Craigslist to getting some more exposure. Stephan wanted to get exposure on Craigslist to get calls from tenants and maybe find them a rental at least that place and for them, they got free real estate photography of their listing.
He did this over and over again and he ended up getting like 12 lease listings from his office that he can post on Craigslist. Sooner he started getting a lot of calls so he started doing a lot of leasing from this.
Graham Stephan did this for about 9 months and in that 9 months, he roughly made about $35, 000 that time he was only 18 years old. After 10 months, he sold his first property in Beverly Hills to a random couple, which worth more than $3.6 million.
This was the greatest achievement in his life till now. From that money, he buy his dream car Chrome Orange Lotus Elise in 2006.
