Amala Paul rose to fame with her critically acclaimed Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film “Mynaa” (2010). The film was commercially successful at the box office and also earned her a Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress for playing the lead role of a village belle Mynaa.
