Rob McElhenney is a popular American actor, writer, producer, podcaster, and businessman who is known for his work in Hollywood films and television series. He is best known for portraying the role of Ronald “Mac” McDonald in the American sitcom series “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” (2005–present).
Rob McElhenney is also known for playing the role of Ian Grimm in the American comedy television series “Mythic Quest” (2020–present), alongside Charlie Day and Megan Ganz. He also serves as a writer and executive producer. The series has received critical acclaim.
On 27 September 2008, Rob McElhenney married a popular American actress and comedian Kaitlin Olson. The couple has two sons together named Axel Lee McElhenney, who was born on 1 September 2010, and a second son named Leo Grey McElhenney, who was born on 5 April 2012.
