Nicole Richie is a popular American television personality, fashion designer, actress, and author. She rose to prominence after appearing in the American reality television series “The Simple Life” (2003–2007), alongside her childhood friend and fellow model and actress Paris Hilton.
She has appeared as one of the three judges on the American reality television competition series “Fashion Star” (2012–2013). In 2008, Nicole Richie founded a lifestyle brand House of Harlow 1960, where he is selling jewelry, apparel, shoes, eyewear, swimwear, home fragrances, and accessories. From 2004 to 2006, Richie dated American DJ, Adam Goldstein, and they also got engaged.
In December 2006, Nicole Richie began dating an American singer Joel Madden, best known as the lead vocalist for the rock band Good Charlotte. In February 2010, they confirmed their engagement. On 11 December 2010, they married each other. The couple have two children, a daughter named Harlow Madden, who was born in January 2008, and a son named Sparrow Madden, who was born in September 2009.
